The UBA Quicksearch toolbar allows you to toggle quickly between databases useful to UvA students and staff.
Type your search term once and then use it to search

• UvA catalogue
• UvA web
• Digital Library
• DARE
• PiCarta
• Google Scholar
• Google (Search)

You can have the UBA Quicksearch toolbar on Internet Explorer or Firefox for as long as you need it. You'll find it reduces having to surf UvAweb.

How to get it
Click the link below and then Download.

Please note: on the standard UvA workstation toolbars are not allowed. It is possible to use Firefox Portable and install the toolbar. 

How to get rid of it
To remove the toolbar, put the mouse cursor on it, right click and uncheck UBA Quicksearch Toolbar.
