Number of workplaces, booking and facilities

There are 8 rooms for 8 persons (to be booked for at least 3 persons) and 5 rooms for 6 persons (to be booked for at least 2 persons). In 5 rooms there is a screen, so there is the possibility for giving presentations. 

If you want, you can book a room at the desk of the Library of Science. It's also possible to send an email to sciencelib-science@uva.nl. Mention the name, the UvA-mail address and phone number of the person for whom the reservation is meant to be, and the account of people. Also mention if you want a room with a screen.

We will send you an email to confirm if and which room we have booked for you. 

Reservations must be made at least one day and can booked up to 8 weeks in advance.

Besides the doors of these rooms are screens and if you have a reservation, your name will be shown.

Are you too late to book, you can use the rooms that are free. If you look on the booking website (see link below), you can see if and which rooms are free or you can also take a look on the screens besides the doors.
